The Rainbow Bridge mural, the focal point of the PFOA Memorial Wall, was introduced to the public on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 1:00 pm at the Safe Haven no-kill shelter. The mural was created by artist Marian Morris as a gift to PFOA. The framework for mounting the tiles around the mural was created by volunteer Dave Holtz. Several pet owners placed their tiles on the wall during the unveiling ceremony.
